PASS INSURANCE
Pass Insurance may be purchased for $30.00 as additional protection for your 2024/2025 season pass.
Pass Insurance can be applied to the following reasons:
-An unexpected and verifiable medical injury or illness that prevents the passholder from skiing or riding. The Passholder should email Ski Santa Fe a request for insurance coverage with an accompanying letter from a licensed medical professional. The medical issue must happen prior to March 1st to receive pass credit or refund. The request must be received within 30 days of injury or diagnosis.
-Transfer of employment or active duty military transfer. The Passholder should email Ski Santa Fe a request for insurance coverage with an accompanying letter from employer. The request must be received within 30 days of the transfer.
Once your claim is received the remaining value will be calculated. When a balance remains, you will receive a pass credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used towards your pass in the future or a refund to your credit card.
-Without insurance, there are no pass credits or refunds.
-The pass insurance credit or refund is calculated at the purchased pass price minus the full-day, age appropriate, ticket rate multiplied by the number of days used.
